Short-Term Training Programmes

We offer several types of Short Term Training Programmes aimed at providing health and social science professionals with an understanding of rehabilitation and to enhance their professional development.

A certificate is issued by the institution on completion of these courses. Please contact the College office for details of the course contents.

We offer field experience, volunteering opportunities and tailored programmes – these can be of any length and can be tailored to suit your or your organizational requirements.

Many people have come to us over the years to gain a greater understanding of the issues relating to rehabilitation, learn some basic techniques or achieve the field experience they need to help their career development. Government healthcare institutions and NGOs send people to us for bespoke training sessions. For example we run special three- and five-day workshops for the Rehabilitation Council of India to give trainees the benefit of our expertise by organising Continuing Rehabilitation Education (CRE) training programmes.

An induction pack is available for those attending our courses from outside Bangalore. The pack includes information about accommodation, travel, cost of living and other useful details.
